For ALL orders: Our complete order process takes time, as of right now, we order the digital art prints from an outside source as well as the merchandise that the prints will be printed on. Please be patient with us as we strive to create and provide each piece with care so that you can receive a product that you are happy with. Thank you- Sara 

Ensure speedy and accurate  delivery by providing:

• Complete and correct payment information
• Complete delivery and billing addresses

Artwork: paintings and mixed media, woodwork

  **We require a signature on your end when receiving your artwork **

All original art or mixed media art is shipped within 7 days of ordering.

Our shipping and handling pricing varies depending on the size of the artwork piece you purchase. Once the purchase has been completed and the order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number for your shipment to inform you when your artwork will arrive.

Digital Art- T-shirts and Prints:

Domestic:

Standard shipping of any domestic order under $75 will be charged a flat fee of $9 for prints, phone cases and tote bags. Any domestic order over $75 will ship for free for prints, phone cases and tote bags.

Most orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, the complete order process can take up to 15 business days to process,print, ship and be received. We order our prints for tshirts from an external source, so once we receive the print, orders will be shipped to you within 2-3 days unless otherwise notified of a change by us. Orders are shipped from New Jersey and rates are based on size, weight and destination of package. All orders will be provided with a tracking number and/or when available a shipping receipt.  An email will be sent with the shipping information once the product has left our location.

International:

 International shipping rates will also be based on size, weight and destination of package. Orders will be provided with a tracking number and/or when available a shipping receipt.  An email will be sent with the shipping information once the product has left our location.  Please allow additional time added on the standard 15 business days of processing and shipping for your order to be delivered, delivery to anywhere outside the continental US can take up to 30+ days to be received.

**The Lucky Bug Art Studio  is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages/items. All orders are sent with tracking, unless otherwise noted.  After the package has left our location, tracking is the responsibility of the consumer**
