We suggest cold water and inside out to help preserve the quality of the design over time. Hang drying is the best option, but drying on the LOW setting is also great.
Returns and Exchanges are accepted:
POLICIES
Paintings, mixed media and woodwork RETURN ONLY:
Customer satisfaction is a top priority. Before purchasing any artwork you should measure your wall space to be sure you'll be happy with the fit. If you're not happy with your original artwork purchase, we will give you a full refund providing you contact us and ship the painting back within 5 days of receiving your artwork. If you notify us after 5 days, we cannot offer you a refund.
For a full refund, a painting must be returned in the same condition that you received it in, in the original shipping container, and be returned with all paperwork you received with your order. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We require that you use a trackable shipping service and that you purchase shipping insurance for the full value of the artwork (just as we shipped it to you). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Artwork Damaged in Transit
When your artwork is delivered, if you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before you open the painting and if possible open the box in front of the carrier who delivered it. Photograph any damage to the artwork and contact us immediately. Be sure the carrier documents the damage.
T-shirts and Prints- RETURN AND EXCHANGES
Returns:
Unworn / unwashed items may be returned for a full refund less shipping charges within 30 days. The refund will be given through the original method of payment. We cannot send cash refunds. Refund will go back onto the credit card used at payment.
Please mail unworn / unwashed items and include a note with the following information:
1) The order number, or the name and email address of the purchaser.
2) Please list the item(s) you are returning, and write “return for refund.”

-Customer pays return shipping on returns.
-We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges:
Unworn / unwashed items may be exchanged for another item using the following instructions. Please contact us for the return address on our contact page.
In your return package, please include a note with the following information:
1) What items & sizes you want in exchange. You may also exchange for a different design. Shirts are exchanged shirt for shirt (hoodie for hoodie, etc)
2) The address you would like your new shirts shipped to.
